It depends on your hardware and what you want to test.

I would suggest trying to keep the CPU load just below 100% (e.g. 80% to 95%) by adjusting the test load. As this gives the other tests, like the disk test, some CPU time to perform their tasks.

I'm wondering what the best test settings are for Burn In 6.0

Standard every test is set to 50% load

Is is better to set it to 100% load or 75% load

Can you give me some more info ?
