Burn in testing for small CPU boards

We are going to be testing smaller Mobo's than whats average in a PC. These are embedded applications and they will be using the Linux system for brains. Will this program still test all available components in our set up? It will be short a GPU and sound card.

Yes, it should be OK. I guess you will want to use the command line Linux version of BurnInTest.
