verifying data in RAM---Data verify error: 0x1390D960

Dear Sir
I use Burn in test V6.0 to test the Memory.
After long run Burn in test, and it occur a error massage "Error verifying data in RAM".
In event log file, the error massage is "Memory (RAM), Process 0, Data verify error: 0x1390D960, read 6148914691236517204, expected 6148914691236517205".
Did anyone have this test error?
What is meaning "Data verify error: 0x1390D960" ?
Is this phenonmenon normal or not?!

The value read from RAM is 1 bit different from the value written.
Your RAM is bad.
