  • How to run Advanced network test

    Hi Sir,
Would you please check my test sample and let me know if it meets the correct test scenario in Advanced network test?

    Test scenario 1:
I set 4 systems on the same network, I run BurnIn on one of them, the other three system running "end point".

    Test scenario 2:
I set 4 systems on the same network, I run BurnIn on three of them, the last one system running "end point".

    Thanks.

Only Test scenario 1 is valid. Only one instance of BurnInTest can run the advanced network test at the same time.

      Hi,

      I'm new to burn-in test
I am trying to use advanced network test in Scenario 1 above.
However I only see an Active Network on 1 off 5 PCs with endpoint running. I was expecting Burn-in to create a connection to all 5. Have I misunderstood this?

      Thanks for your help.

      Regards,
      Dan

How many network cards do you have in the machine under test (MUT)?
How are the end points connected to the MUT? e.g. just a switch, or maybe routers, or maybe across the internet?

Hi David, thanks for your reply.

It is just a single network card in the MUT. The 4 PCs are all on a LAN through a managed switch.

          Regards,
          Dan

If you only have a single network card, then it will only connect to 1 end point at a time.
