Failed to play back MIDI via sequencer

Hi Admin :
Wonder any one familier with this fail logs , we have tried to choose Test config & cycles up to 100 with below 8 items .When error occured the MIDI file still can play but it keep appear this fail message. more logs please see below:

There are a number of reasons that this error can occur. The known reasons are covered in:

As an aside, I note you are using an old build on BurnInTest, V6.0.1016. While not relevant to this issue, I would still recommend updating to the latest build of V6.0, build 1030 (or even V7.0), available at:
http://www.passmark.com/download/bit_download.htm
