Does BurnIn support Intel ATOM C3000 series CPU on COM port?

Hello,
Does BurnIn support Intel ATOM C3000 series CPU on COM port?
BurnIn shows:"Serial, Error while receiving from the COM port. Check plug is connected", my loopback is ok for other platform.
Version:1. BurnIn pro 64bit 8.1 Build 1017(windows 10 64bit)
2.BurnIn 64bit 3.3 Build 1003(Ubuntu 15.10 desktop 64bit)

Yes, we support any CPU that can run Windows 10.
Are you using one of our serial loopback plugs or one from somewhere else?

The loopback is DIY, it is OK for other platform BurnIn test.

We'll if you are really sure the plug you made is OK, and it works on all other platforms, then maybe there is something wrong with Atom system you are testing. Bad hardware, BIOS setting, device driver, or Window's serial port configuration.

I have the same problem on ATOM platform (N3060), and my loopback is ok.
So this problem has solution or explanation?
