I had two units today that both failed for SMART Threshold exceeding condition detected.
They were both new hard drives that were OS restored. On one unit, I had the tech replace the drive and do OS again. Afterwards, it failed again 48 minutes in. I didn't have him do anything to the other unit yet.
The HDD is a Toshiba HDD and I've attached the log.
Is this truly a failure or a false failure? It seems odd that 3 hard drives failed for the exact same thing at exactly the same time.
