    Video Cache Memory Raw Test

    Hi,

Does passmark BIT tests any cache memories (the SRAMs not the DRAMs) of the GPU? If the bootable version is chosen, does it work directly with the video RAM/cache without any drivers or interfaces? Are errors logged with addresses which is true physical addresses in GPU memory space?

There is no direct GPU SRAM cache test.
GPU cache will be used indirectly during execution of code on the GPU (shaders).

The bootable version of BurnInTest still uses WinPE (a cut down version of Windows).

It is near impossible to use the advanced functions of video cards without device drivers nowadays.
