  • BIT 7.0 for linux serial test

    Hello,

when i use the command line version of BIT for linux and I only specify serial ports,
BIT will not show the standard overview screen, but stays locked in my terminal.

When I add for example a memory test, all is as normal.

Can you provide some more information ?

    Thank you

    Hello,

apparently, this is also the case if i only specify USB tests.

There are several layers in our tests so we would like to work with different configuration files,
f.i. one basic one testing memory, cpu, network and the basic serial ports at 9600 baud, and then some more specific tests for the offboard serial ports at different (individual) baudrates.
The USB would then be another one.

The configuration i use is a 32 bit burnintest 7.0 build 1005 on a 2.6.34 linux kernel running on an intel atom processor.

    Thank you,

    Sven

Could you please send us the configuration files that are causing you the issue so we can check that BurnInTest is loading them correctly.
