Depends on the settings in BurnInTest and the combination of apps that you are running as to if it makes sense.

For example if you are running the RAM test in BurnInTest, then it doesn't make sense to run any app that requires a lot of RAM.

As you said, I shouldn't run another app that needs lots of network when I ran BurnInTest v 8.1 network test. right?

Yes, but if you dialled down the network test so it was only low load and the other app wasn't too intense either, then they should be able to co-exist without error.
