Running from BITPro CD

Have set up Bitpro to run from CD - have 2 issues
1. all sound tests fail ( work if install & run)
2. CD/dvd test fails ( again works ikinstall and run)

any tips/fixes

BITpro from CD

Manage to resolve the issue
setup a config with source for sound files as
"testsound.*" then uses files from Bitpro stratup directory regardless of drive letter allocation
CD/DVD problem has reolsved itself not sure what I did
