Burn In Test just dissapears (exits by itself)

..left a system running burn in test v7 all weekend, came in this morning to find burn in test has gone - windows is still running, system hasn't re-started (checked event logs to confirm this) - I've had this before with v6 as well, it just has simply vanished leaving no reason behind?

What can i do to prevent this happening?

I assume you are using the latest BIT patch release? If the application disappears, then it has probably crashed. Other possibilities are that Windows did in fact restart or some other application has terminated it. First thing to do it turn on logging in BurnInTest and see how long it ran for and if any errors were encountered before it exited. Next thing is to try an isolate the problem. For example try running just 1 test at a time (e.g. just the 3D test, then just the RAM tes, etc..).

Once the problem is isolated, there is some change it can be fixed.
