Burnintest can log temperature, but will be cool that they log voltage too. And maybe make a timeline (like asus probe v1), showning changes in the timeline, i think is better than just min and max.

Yes, maybe we could.

But we rely on external 3rd party tools to provide temperature details, so they would need to provide voltage information. And I know that some of the 3rd party software doesn't do this and I know that this is a very hardware dependant function. On many motherboards there isn't much detail available.
