2D fail questions

Likely the video card driver crashed or the machine was exceedingly slow.

Can you provide more details?
To start with,
What was the hardware in use?
What tests were active besides 2D?
Do you have a log file from BurnInTest?
Do you try it with just the 2D test active and all other tests off?
What O/S?
Did this happen straight away or after a long test run?

2D fail:
(1) frame could not be displayed and was skipped.
(2) No operations reported in timeout period.
