Likely sound card device driver crashed. Lenovo machines have have bad sound drivers for more than a decade (and I think we have answered similar questions from Lenovo, or their contract manufacturers maybe 20 times, without any action being taken).

      Hello David

sound fail like sound card device driver crashed, sound card device vendor is Realtek, could you receive some help from Realtek?

Another question, could you help check why Burn in tool stop and hang up at the end of test period ?

      Thank you.

To be blunt. It isn't our problem & Realtek won't care, as we aren't their customer. On the other hand Lenovo is their customer and should have a lot more influence with Realtek than us.

If you are really serious about debugging it, and have actually purchased our software, we are happy to help. On the many many past occasions however similar problems have been raised by Lenovo (or their contract manufacturers) no one was prepared to make the effort to do the deep investigation required to isolate and fix the problem.
