When we ran network advance test with one endpoint, the system show error as the photo, "unable to load performance counters". How to fix it?

While it shouldn't happen, we have seen similar issues before that were related to localisation issues. The counters can have different names in French, German, English, and it depends on what languages you used when the Windows install was done. What version and language of Windows was this from.
Otherwise it might be a permissions issue.
Also check Performance counters are enable in Windows. (they are enabled by default, so it's very rare they will be off)
