How to diagnose using dmp files

Hi there,
When BIT crashes, is there a way to diagnose the cause from the DMP files?

When BurnInTest produces a dump file, you can zip it up and send it in for us to take a look.

Note: If the dump is from an older version, the issue leading to crash may have already been addressed. As such we will only investigate dump files from the latest release and version of BurnInTest. So test with the latest release to see if you can reproduce the crash.
