Video files for video test

Are there specific video files I need for the Burnin Test Video test or do I just download one? If I download a file, is there a specific format that is best to use?

No there isn't a specific file you need for testing, you can use the one installed with BurninTest (test.wmv), one of the example ones that are often installed with Windows in the Videos directory or download your own test video file, as long as your system can play the video file it shouldn't matter what format it is.
