Is it possible to access the data collected by BurninTest v2.1 or 3.1 (Linux version) using SNMP to a Network Management tool such as OpenNMS?

BurnInTest doesn't support the SNMP protocol.
You can get the data out as HTML reports however.
What we are also doing to building an interface to a management console. This will be in XML.
