Parallel Port Test not working with WinPE?

We have the Problem that the parallel port test is not working. We use WinPE4 (Windows8 ). Have a look at the attached screenshots:

There is an older forum post here that had a similar problem, they got their driver installed correctly using the command "install x:\windows\inf\msports *PNP0400" instead of referencing "ACPI\PNP0400".
