BurnInTest 8.1 CPU testing item question

Sir,
We designed a new motherboard, which CPU is Intel Kabylake i5-7300U.
Then we run BurnInTest 8.1 onto this motherboard, the operating system is Windows 10 64bit.
However the system will hang during running BurnInTest utility with CPU item selection only.
We want to debug this issue.
Do you know what the testing details in CPU testing item ?

V8 is old now and we no longer support it. Can you try with V9.
How long does it take to lockup?
Did you check the CPU temperature?
