Extensive log files are written to disk in debug mode. Which would tend to reduce the system load slightly, except maybe for the disk.
(e.g. the CPU test needs to pause while the disk activity takes place in debug mode).
But I would be 99% sure the link already posted above will solve your problem.

Do you know what different between normal mode and debug mode?

We have run BurnIn Test V9.0(1016) on our project and occur 3D graphic test error, the error event log is "No operations reported in timeout period."
Do you have any comment to fix this issue?
Test environment:
Platform: Coffee Lake-S refresh
OS: Windows 10 Pro 1903 64-bit
Burn in condition: BrunIn Test V9.0 (1016)
CPU (100%)
2D Graphics (100%)
3D Graphics (100%)
Disk (100%)
Sound (100%)
Memory (RAM) (100%)
Network 1 (100%)
