Disk error "Data Verify Failure"

Hi,

I got a disk error "Data Verify Failure", ran over 98 hours, got only one failure.
Does disk itself cause this error? Is this a real error? Could you help to analyze this issue?

CPU: Intel Whiskey lake U Celeron(R) 4305U @ 2.20GHz
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
RAM: 16GB
Disk (E : 2.5" SATA SSD

CPU/Memory duty cycles: 50%
COM Port(s), Video, 2D Graphics, 3D Graphics, Disk(s), Network, USB and Serial Port duty cycles: 80%

96 hours is a long test. Everything fails eventually.

It is possible it is a 'soft' error.

Hard to come to any conclusion when there is only a single error over such a long period.
