BurnIn Test Video Playback Error

Hi,

I'm running a new configuration on BurnIn Test and there errors about the video playback.

The message displayed reads "video format not supported or invalid".

Can anyone recommend some checks to make, or know why this might be happening?

If you have specified your own video in Preferences->Video Playback, then I would try a different video file. If you think this video format should be supported, then you are probable missing the video codec and you should find what it is based on the video and install the appropriate codec.
