    Hi,

    I had encountered the error(Unable to find starbox_1024.dds or media files required for DX12 test") for several times.
    Could anyone help to check this issue?

    Test environment:
    BurnInTest V9.0 Pro 1017 (64-bit)
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz
    OS: Windows 10 build 18363 (64-bit)
    RAM: 24GB

    BIT settings:
    Check the item "CPU,RAM,Sound,Video,2D,3D,Network" and set load to 100.

    Error message:

    SERIOUS: 2020-01-14 09:56:17, 3D Graphics, SERIOUS: Unable to find starbox_1024.dds or media files required for DX12 test (x 3) SERIOUS: 2020-01-14 09:16:47, 3D Graphics, SERIOUS: Unable to start DX12 test (x 1)
    Log : BIT_log_200114_090011.log

    starbox_1024.dds should be located in the install directory (C:\Program Files\BurnInTest) and the rest of the files in the Media folder in the same directory.

    If these files aren't present you will need to re-install.

    If they are there then try running the 3D test by itself, it may be fhte files are failing to load correctly due to the load on the system. If you have any anti-virus software try to disable it or whitelist the BurnInTest directories as it may be preventing access to the files.

    Also it generally doesn't make sense to run everything at 100% duty cycle, as explained here.
