  • USB 3.0 Loopback error

    Hi,
I'm currently having an issue regarding a USB 3.0 loopbacks.
The USB Port seems to work normally when in usage with no issues with speed.
However whenever I run BurninTest 9.0 with the USB 3.0 loopback test on, I get these errors.

I keep getting a repeating error below:

Can you please download the USB3Test application and run the loopback test while the "Check bus errors" is enabled and send us the log file for analysis?

Seems like real physical errors on the bus.

        Thu Apr 9 12:29:48 2020: ERROR - 1 Physical Layer error(s) occurred.
        Thu Apr 9 12:29:48 2020: ERROR - - 8b/10b Decode error(s) occurred.

These get hidden normally because many errors can be detected and data re-transmitted to correct the error

Try different cables, different ports, different PC.
