data corruption only with CentOS 7 during loopback BurnIn

Hi,
We encounter data corruption with CentOS 7 during loopback BurnIn, but it pass with windows,
what could be the reason cause such different?

Could be lot of reasons.
- Intermittent fault and it was just bad luck. Serial connections are never very reliable without a error correcting protocol over the top.
- Different load levels
- Different device drivers
- Different hardware?
