10Gb Ethernet running at 1Gb in Windows BIT.

I am using BIT on a system that has both 10Gb and 1Gb Ethernet ports and when the test is running all of the ports have the same throughput. I would expect the 10Gb ports to have a higher throughput than the 1Gb ports. When I use my other Ethernet tools the throughput is much higher on the 10Gb than the 1GB, as expected. Does BIT support 10Gb or do I have a problem that needs to be debugged?

    Thanks!

You could have a look at the Advanced Network Test in PerformanceTest to test the maximum throughput.

What test option are you using in BurnInTest for the network test?

Standard. I will look at the advanced settings in BIT and also your suggestion of Performance Test. Thanks!
