Disk - Data Verify Failure

Hello, I got errors with Toshiba SSD:

WARNING: 2014-07-21 16:04:29, Disk, D: Test file could not be created. Check access privileges.
LOG NOTE: 2014-07-21 16:04:29, Disk, Write File - File name: D:\BurnInTest test files\~bittestD00006
LOG NOTE: 2014-07-21 16:04:29, Disk, The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. (1392)
LOG NOTE: 2014-07-21 16:04:29, Disk, Disk Error (D: Test file could not be created. Check access privileges. in Cycle 5 with pattern Sequential data pattern

I have performed 1000 cycles (3 minute stress test) and approx. 1 of 10 cycles has similar failure. Other cycles passed. What can cause this error?

We haven't seen this type of failure before.

Error 1392 is an error returned to the BurnInTest application from the operating system. See,

From further reading here,

it looks like a consequence of a corrupt Master File Table (MFT).
