burnintest sound error

Dear PassMark Team,



We purchased burnintest v9.2 software and installed in windows 10 pc dell 3640 & dell 3080 systems .and we run burnintest for 168 hours test .but we got sound error




1. Sound (No operations reported in timeout period)

2. Could not play back MP3 file

Sound card device driver probably crashed. Sometimes this can be due to a resource leak in the driver code.
If you search the forums there are dozens of similar issues going back over 10 years. But the vendors don't care, they just keep shipping buggy drivers.
