on the passmark site there is version 1007 of the Burning Test program, but when I install it (or when I check the file) it appears that it is still 1006.
Did I do something wrong?

I tested the current installer on the download page and it is BurnInTest V9.2 Build 1007.
Can you try to download it again (or on another computer)? Perhaps the previous download is getting cached. You can also try right-click and choose "Save Link As" option to save the installer to a different location. -
I believe the issue is with the actual installer version (see attached) as the installed exe's are 9.2.1007. I downloaded it again today to verify.Comment

The original post was a month ago.
But as of today (21/July/2021) it is OK
Is you are seeing anything else it must be a browser caching issue. Clear you cache and re-download it.
