Looking at the 'BIT_log_211227_193954' file, indicates you only ran the test for 15 seconds - the memory test mostly likely did not have enough time to initialize. Try letting the test run longer and see if you are still getting the memory error.

We use BurnInTest V9.2 we found there are some errors in Memory , but we run memory test no any error for system
is this system memory size not enough ?
