BIT won't start when Windows 10 boots.

I cannot get BIT v9.0 Pro to start when Windows 10 boots. I've tried the following:

1. Placing a shortcut in the Startup directory. All the properties seemed to check out. This worked with a different program.
2. Creating a Task.
3. Adding the recommended string to "win.ini".
4. Editing the registery.

Any suggestions?

Can you post a screen shot of the Short cut properties.
(especially the executable name)

If you manually double click on the short cut does it work?

Yes, manually running the shortcut worked fine. I was finally able to get it to work by creating a batch file and sticking that in the Startup directory. Would you still like to see a screenshot of the shortcut properties?

If it is working, there is probably no need to fix it.
