Using Windows 11, and a 12th Gen motherboard with DDR5 memory. As you can see from the results page, the DDR5 memory information for each slot is incorrect. Shows size as 2GB instead of 16GB and the other info isn't all correct either. Not sure if this is a burnintest issue or a new driver is needed for Windows 11?

Are you using the latest build release of BurnInTest?
Can you see if RAMMon displays the same information (they use the same system info collection API)? If so, please restart BIT or RAMMon in DEBUGMODE and send in the debug logs and we can take a look.
