USB device driver error reported，What's the problem?

Looks to be issue with the USB port/bus. The logs state, "USB device driver error reported: 0xC0000001" and elsewhere in the log mentions "USB request status reported: 0xC0000011".

There might be low level errors (electrical errors) on the link causing these higher level errors. Try rotating all the plugs to the next port, to see if the problem stays with the plug or the port.
