BurnIn Test V9.2 serious Video window management problem show in Video playback

Hello

I got a fail message as below when using BurnIN test V9.2 for video playback testing as below.
But this message did NOT appear every time when I test my system.

BTW, if I change BurnIN test to V9.0 or V10.1, this message is gone... currently, I did not see this message in these two version except V9.2
Is there any one know what it means? Which device or driver that maybe cause this problem happen?

It's weird why only BurnIN V9.2 will see this message.

There were no updates to the video test between 9.1 and 9.2, or 10 for that matter (in fact nothing has changed since 201 so we don't know what might have been causing it to happen. The actual error occurs when this specific windows API call fails when BurnInTest is trying to register a window handle to processes events from the video playback test.
