The 3D test doesn't target individual video cards, the DX9 test will generally run on the card that is connected to the monitor the test is running on and the DX12 test will try and select the most powerful card (that is connected to a monitor).
Currently only the "2D - Local Video memory" and GPGPU test will start a test for each video card detected. -
