burnintest test linux or Windows pe

    Hi

Which hardware detects and tests better burnintests for Linux OS or Windows PE OS?

    thanks

The best is actually a full version of Windows.

The reason for this is that all the device drivers are likely to be available. For self booting solutions sometimes the device drivers aren't in the bootable package. This is especially the case for exotic hardware (e.g. missing drivers for RAID controllers, or missing the full set of video card drivers required for DirectX12, or Laptop battery charger controllers, etc...). Some hardware vendor never make Linux drivers at all. But if the machine was designed to run Linux in the field, then a Linux boot probably makes sense.

        Otherwise WinPE.
