    Hi PassMark,
    We use PassMark 10.2 and run burninTest at Intel Lan chip I226LM and I219LM. Sometime it will show some error about "network test alarm error ratio exceeded".
    Could you please let us know why this error happen?

    System configuration and buring items include below.
    Intel Alder Lake S
    Chipset: R680E

    1. CPU(i9-12900) 100%
    2. RAM(SO-DIMM DDR5_32GB) 100%
    3. DISK(NVMe 256GB) 100%
    4. COM Port(1 Port RS232) 100%
    5. 2D 100%
    6. 3D 100%
    7. Network(I219LM*1、I226LM*1、I350*4) 100%

    The default network settings are set the display an error when a ratio of bad packets to good packets is exceeded, so it means that during the test a certain percentage of bad packets were detected.

    Try running the network test by itself to check if the errors are still happening when the system isn't under heavy load.
