Access Violation 0x73E5259E

Testing a Pentium D 945 system with BIT 5.1 build 1012.
After approx. 1,4,14 hours of testing program crashes with
an Access Violation 0x73E5259E (tried to read from 0x00000014)

The Config (Windows XP Professional SP2 install):
Intel D945GTP motherboard, lastest intel drivers
Intel Dual Processor 945
1GB Samsung RAM
Intel GMA950 Built-in Driver V44.36

Test
1.Vireses 2.Disk Error Check 3. Disk Space 4.Video Driver update
5.RAM Change 6.Reasonable Temperature (CPU overload 80C)
7.Reinstallation of Windows 8. BIOS Setting (NX, EIST disable)

Error was reproduced despites of changes

Please! Help me

This is not a known problem with BurnInTest.

The probelm you are seeing could be caused by a number of things. I would start by trying to narrow down the tests you are running, to try and determine which test causes this problem (eg. 2D). This may then provide a better clue as to which part of your system is failing.

BIT has passed after SigmaTel High Definitio Driver update for 100 Hours
