    Hi,

    I would like to check why the Passmark BurnInTest report show " TPM : Found but unable to access (error: -2144845809) "

    PassMark Software :

    This error message would indicate the windows API functions to access the TPM is failing with the error TBS_E_TPM_NOT_FOUND.
    You should check if there are any BIOS options for the system that have disabled the TPM and that the TPM is provisioned for use (see the TPM test information in the help in V10).

    If you can see the TPM available in the windows TPM management console the could you please download the current build of V10, launch it in debug mode and send us a copy of the debug logs.
