BurnInTest on Server 2022 does not run without internet access

Strange, bit will not display any graphics (no windows) without the system connected to the internet. 10.2 installed on Windows Sever 2022 datacenter. I can see it running in task manager.

Just to be clear, you don't get any window of any sort at all?

Can you post a debug log from when there was no internet connected?
