Reboot configs

I'm trying to run a commissioning test for new PC's. I have a stress test running, then I'd like to reboot a few times then soak for 3 hours, then reboot a few more.
My question is, where are the rebooter configuration files kept? Can I have multiple configurations to run?

I assume I could run a particular configuration via a script, but I can't find any information about the scripting of the rebooter software.

You cannot specify which configuration file to use in Rebooter. The Rebooter software will automatically load RebooterConfig.ini in the same directory as the executable. If this file does not exist, it will use the default settings.
