CPU useage will decrease to 30-50% if minisize or hide the burnin window

When we test CPU 100% loading in windows 11. CPU useage is 100%. But if we minisize or hide the burnin window, CPU will decrease to about 30-50%, It depends the power mode in settings. Please help to check if this is burnin normal behavior, Thanks.

BurnInTest does not check on whatever power profile is set in Windows nor adjust loading.

Were you running any other tests?

Tried swapping to different power profiles on our Win11 machine but did not see reduction in CPU usage when BIT was minimized.

What version of BurnInTest are you using?

I test both 10.2.1012 and 10.2.1010, After modify the register Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Win dows\CurrentVersion\Policies\SystemEnableLUA to 1,the issue disappear. But 0 will fail. Would you try this on your side?

Changing value between 0 or 1 for EnableLUA did not make a difference for us.
