3D Graphic Test Failed (0x8899000C)

Hello Passmark Team,

One of my devices shows an error during the 3D Graphic Test.

SERIOUS:     2024-05-06 15:31:03, 3D Graphics, An error occured during the DX12 3D test
LOG NOTE:     2024-05-06 15:31:03, 3D Graphics, Unexpected error running DirectX 12 Test. Error Number 0x8899000C (-2003238900)
LOG NOTE:     2024-05-06 15:31:03, 3D Graphics, There has been a presentation error that may be recoverable. The caller needs to recreate, rerender the entire frame, and reattempt present.

What I've tested so far:
- 14 Devices with the same hardware specification and same driver have no error. Only one failed.
- Used different RAM DIMMs --> failed
- Tested only 3D Graphics --> failed
- Used different Monitor and Cable --> failed
- Used different Versions of the GPU driver --> failed
- Tested with Performance Test 10 --> DirectX12 Test failed with "Unexpected error running DirectX 12 Test. Error Number -2147467259.
- Run Cinebench R15 (OpenGL+CPU) --> success
- Run dxdiag --> no issues detected

I hope you can help me to identify the issue.

From the trace log. Prior to the graphics failure, an event of 0x887A0006 occurred. Which is DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG: The graphics driver stopped responding because of an invalid combination of graphics commands sent by the app.

If all but one system is experiencing the issue, then possibly the Integrated GPU is bad. You can try confirming if this is the case, if possible, swap the CPU to another system and if the problem persists, then is likely.

Unfortunately, the CPU is soldered and cannot be swapped.
