Memory report

Good morning, everyone.
I have a problem in the report since I upgraded to the latest version of Burnintest Pro.
The total memory is reported correctly (RAM) but it always reports me only one bank. (SLOT 1)
In previous versions the report would report each individual memory bank correctly.

Can I fix this problem myself?

Is one of the memory stick soldered?
Does BurnInTest show it correctly on the System Information Tab in the software?

no, they are not soldered to the mainboard.
This report is from a desktop PC with two identical Adata banks.

However, the same thing happens indifferently with laptops as well

This is another desktop PC.
It has two identical memory modules but the test sees only one.
The memory total is reported correctly.

Can you start BurnInTest in debug mode and send in the logs?
