  • Win7 COM issue "Corruption. Data received didn't match data sent"

    Dears,

    I test COMport in burn-in V8.0.
It is fail when temperature at 65 degrees of ambient.
The message show "Corruption. Data received didn't match data sent", but when temperature at 25 degrees of ambient that test is PASS.
I try to increase the default 3.5 seconds to 6 seconds, but it is also failure.
So I can not catch this problem, do you have some advice for us?
    Thanks.

Increasing the timeout duration will not fix data corruption.

If the data is corrupt, then it is corrupt. If the ambient temperature is 65C, then the internal chip temperatures will likely be much hotter. I guess they are just failing.

The only surprising thing is that the CPU or RAM didn't fail first, crashing the machine before any error on the serial port is detected.
