  • USB Loopback test Fail uses Linux V5.0 on X86 platforms

    When I tried to test the USB Port stability using the Passmark USB3.0 Loopback, I found a problem.
    1. I select automatic detection in the USB configuration field, and the four connected devices can be detected normally in the refresh field on the right, but after confirmation, the test interface does indicate that I did not select any USB devices, as shown in the following figure.

    2. If I choose to manually fill in the quantity in the USB configuration field, the four devices I connected can still be detected normally in the refresh field on the right. However, after confirmation, the test interface can recognize the USB devices, but an error will be reported after a period of testing, as shown in the following figure

      Haven't been able to reproduce this - what version of Linux are you using and what hardware?
      How are the loopback plugs inserted - through a hub?
      Can you run BITLinux is debug mode (-d), reproduce issue, and send us the log?

      Data packet transmission failed:
      Data could not received from the USB device. It may also indicate that there is a problem with the device drivers or USB hardware.

      Data packet transmission failed:
      Data could not be sent to the USB device. It may be that the device has an intermittent connection to the host and has disconnected itself. (i.e. a faulty cable). It may also indicate that there is a problem with the device drivers or USB hardware.

      (There has also been problems with the Linux USB drivers, when under heavy load, for many years. So testing without any other tests running makes sense to detect this)
