  • a little advice for a TEST

    Hello everyone.
    As per title.
I was given a “sample” workstation to test by pushing it to the max.
We are talking AMD 7960X on Asus Pro TRX50 SAGE WiFi motherboard with 2 NVME disks (1tb and 4Tb) and 2 RTX-A5000-24GB video cards.
I would like to take it to the limit to see how it performs. Is the Burning Test software able to test such a machine in ALL its components? What settings might you recommend?
Is it better to use, rather, PERFORMANCE Test to get an idea of performance?

BurnInTest is good for reliability & error testing. (e.g. testing the full 'surface' of the SSDs). Typically you would run BurnInTest for several hours.

PerformanceTest is good for benchmarking and comparing relative performance with other machines. Generally this would only take minutes.

Is the Burning Test software able to test such a machine in ALL its components?
Yes, pretty much. For some functions, like USB ports and PCIe slots, you might need some additional testing hardware to fully test them.
