FPU = Floating point Unit. So mathematics calculations with real numbers (not integers).

Would seem to be a real hardware fault.

Does this happen on a single machine or all machines with the same specs (assuming you are testing more than one machine?).

On a single machine, and this can be duplicated again.

What kind of the hardware fault may trigger this error " FPU operation verification failed" ?

      Thank you.

Bad CPU or maybe bad RAM.
(and their might be some environmental impact as well, e.g. temperature, EMI, etc..)

          Hello David

          Thanks for your comments.
I use Intel processor diagnostic tool to diagnostic this CPU and get the pass result, as the attachment.
Intel TAT with loading 100% and the temperature can meet the system / CPU spec.
Memory diagnostic tool also no error.

Could you help share anther debug tool to check this error message ?
Or can we ignore this error ?
          Thank you.

If you post the full set of debug logs there should be additional information about the error.

You can ignore it if you like. It's your choice.

We think it is a serious error however. For example, it would be life threatening if the computer was used for medical equipment or flight control systems.
It is was a gaming machine, maybe you can ignore it, if you are happy to some occasional random behavior.
